When bunk house is closed, the cottage sleeps 5 in beds + 1 on the non-pullout couch

When bunk house is open, 4 more can sleep in the bunkhouse = 9 total

CLEANING FEE - $125.00 

Due with final payment (prior to 10 days before check-in)

NON - REFUNDABLE

SECURITY DEPOSIT - $500.00

Due with final payment (prior to 10 days before check-in)

REFUNDABLE within 7 days of check out if no damage or excessive mess

PET DEPOSIT - $100.00

One dog unless permission given by owners

REFUNDABLE within 7 days of check out if there is no pet damage, if pet hair has to be cleaned up or waste indoors or outdoors is left

***Owners have the right to refuse dogs for reasons that include but are not limited to dogs that shed excessively, dogs that are not trained to go outside, dogs too big for the cottage, more than one dog, etc.***
