It is our private driveway and therefore guaranteed for you and your guests

Other than garbage pickup day, there may be a space open directly in front of our cottage; however, it is not guaranteed.  Garbage is picked up on Monday mornings.  NO ONE can park there on Monday mornings as the garbage and recycling vehicles cannot get by.  You will be held responsible for your towing charges and/or private or provincial tickets for parking on the road, and blocking a municipal vehicle.  

No you can not and not even temporarily.  It is a private driveway of the owner of Featherstone Point.  

NO!  Our front lawn has the water cistern and the holding tank for waste below the grass.
